The pearls on the strand are AAAA in quality, which consists of the highest luster and cleanest surfaces of pearls that come from Tahiti. The strand is strung and double knotted with silk thread between each pearl. The necklace is 18 inches in length and is affixed with a beautiful 14k white gold ball clasp with a safety latch. The necklace is accompanied by an official appraisal issued by the Gemological Laboratory of America (GLA) which has graded the strand as AAAA quality and has assigned a retail value of $31,982 for the piece.
